The owners of Mold Dog of Southern California are Tyler & April who day to day are family people with children, but have experienced their own toxic mold and sensitivity battle causing them to be extremely passionate about their client's health.  Both Tyler & April were immensely impacted by mold toxicity from young adulthood and mold and sensitivities became a huge part of who they are and is thought of in everything they do. They have also had personal experience and difficulty with locating hidden mold in their own home and because of that they've gotten into helping people improve their living spaces in order to regain their health. They remember being on their earlier journey where they didn't know where to turn or who to talk to. After numerous failed inspections trying to locate mold in their own home they had a mold dog inspection and they were so impressed with the result they decided to pursue getting a mold dog for themselves. Tyler and April's original idea was for Misty to be April's service dog because of how sensitive she is to mold and there was no mold dog in southern California to regularly help them.
